Description

You wake up one morning with the flu, and you have a very important meeting at work today. Should you stay home and rest? Do the meeting via Skype? Go to work but avoid socializing? Go to work but socialize only with the people you don't like? Every day we ask ourselves, "What should I do?," but sometimes the answer isn't apparent. Sometimes we do know what we should do, but we lack the courage to do it. This high-content, engaging and entertaining webinar presents five powerful principles that will help you make the right decisions in HR and beyond. You'll see why ethical intelligence is the most overlooked leadership quality but the one that will help the organization--and you--succeed at the highest levels.
